At Kitandcraft, your destination for handcrafted goods, we believe payment should be secure, clear, and simple. This section explains the difference between the currency shown on our site and the currency used to settle your transaction, along with the billing details that may appear on your statement.

1.1 Ways to Pay

We accept Visa / MasterCard/ PayPal / other methods as available at checkout. Some options may be limited to certain regions or may require 3D Secure verification.

1.2 Prices and Currency

All prices and charges are listed in USD. If the currency displayed differs from the currency used to settle your payment, we will make this clear on the checkout page.

1.3 Statement Descriptor

Your card statement will show our brand name. The exact descriptor will be confirmed here once it is finalised (TBD). If a third-party acquirer or processor name may also appear, we will list it here for consistency. If you have any questions, please contact service@kitandcraft.com.

1.4 Taxes and Invoices

Product prices do not include destination duties or VAT. If these are assessed, they are payable by the recipient (see Shipping 1.4). To request a commercial invoice, email service@kitandcraft.com within 24 hours after purchase with your invoice details (entity name, tax ID, address).

1.5 Payment Security

Transmissions are encrypted with TLS/SSL. We do not retain full card numbers. 3D Secure and risk checks may be applied to protect your account. We may manually verify, cancel, or refund suspicious orders.

1.6 Disputes and Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge, please contact service@kitandcraft.com first. We respond within 1–7 business days and will investigate. Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback to avoid longer timelines or unnecessary fees.
